Telco Senior Analyst - Area Order Management & CRM
Required Skills
- 4+ years' experience in Telco sector in Requirement Analysis and Solution Design in Order Management and CRM process in large IT projects
- Good knowledge of TIBCO Fulfilment Orchestration Suite (FOS)
- Excellent communication skills and team working skills
- Good knowledge of Italian and English language
Nice to have Skills
- experience in following domains:
- SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), ROA (Resource Oriented Architecture), WebService, RESTful, SOAP
- DBMS Oracle e gestione dei suoi strumenti (PL/SQL)
- J2EE (JMS, EJB, JSP), XML, HTML, XPATH
- S.O. UNIX e Linux
