Description
IT Application Architect wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Experience in building large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions; know-how in mobile application development is a plus
- Proficiency in application architecture for solutions that scale across enterprise, clients and projects
- Expertise in high-quality technical documentation as well as in developing and designing WebService-applications (SOAP) for enterprise-integration
- Solid understanding of web development from both a server and client perspective and ability to use multiple software development methodologies, from Agile / Scrum to Waterfall
- Good knowledge of Oracle DB, Java EE, WebSphere, SOAP, DB2 nice to have
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Leading the vision, design, implementation and delivery of technology projects for backend integrations and native mobile applications across platforms and languages
- Determining application architecture for large-scale solutions
- Collaborating with fellow engineers to bring new technology and innovative solutions to the Issuer's strategies as well as mentoring fellow technologists
- Defining solutions, application and technical architecture and data modeling, along with guiding requirements gathering, project estimation and scoping
- Developing a range of technologies while aware that your work affects the Issuer's businesses
