My client a leading global financial institution is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Web UI (user interface) Developer to join their group on a contract basis. As a Web UI Developer your main responsibilities will involve, being responsible for designing and developing web UI solutions to help solve complex business problems and working closely with business users, business analysts and development colleagues to design best in class user experiences.
My client is building a brand new division which will encompass Front Office technologies, E-Trading and Emerging markets, it is a very exciting time to be a part of this rapid expansion and growth. You don't have to have this domain experience as they will teach and allow you to developer this, you just need to be excellent technologist ready to accept the challanges.
As a UI Developer you will have a grasp of Front End UI technologies with a strong focus, on ReactJS/HTML5 and Python. You will have the ability to write cross-browser and standards compliant code that meets flexibility, scalability and performance requirements.
You will have a solid mark-up skills utilising HTML5, CSS3 and be highly skilled at Front End engineering using a modern client-side technology stack that can include: CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less), Gulp, Node, Bower, Webpack, React, AngularJS, Ember.js.Python
