Description
A global Electronics Manufacturer Client of mine is currently looking for Software Integrator and Release Manager to join them on a contract basis at their site in the west of England for an initial period of 6 months with a likelihood of extension.
Key Requirements:
- 2 years experience with integrating complex software code base (multiple projects, tens of repositories, many parallel development branches)
- 2 years experience of releasing SW (release candidates, release testing, documentation, delivery)
- GIT - power user and administration
- Jenkins continuous integration - power user and administration
- Python or Shell Scripting of repository management and merge/rebase tasks
- Atlassian BitBucket usage
- JIRA usage for issue tracking
- Organisational/communication skills - the successful candidate will have to arrange and coordinate code reviews (pull requests)
- Python professional (ability to understand python code is ideal)
