Oracle DBA Developer
We at next Ventures are currently seeking an experienced Oracle DBA Developer for a contract role for one of our clients within the transport sector. they are located in Belgium and need a to start immediately.
Main Responsibilities
Delivers to functional analyst, application owner and testers
Set up databases & schema's
Responsible for fine-tuning and performance tuning
Design, develop and test (stored) procedures in PL/SQL
Provide input to traceability matrices and other end-to-end documentation
Perform root cause analysis for operational incidents
Perform operational hotfix/datafix support
Create technical analysis based on functional analysis
Create solution design
Assist in setting up the service management procedures for post go-live, identify non-functional requirements and (contribute to) set(ting) them up
Experience
5+ years of Oracle database features and concepts of the SQL & PL/SQL languages
Experience with compression, data cleaning and archiving
Worked in different projects or environment
Broad experience with relational databases in cluster environment.
Experience working in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) in general and IBM Middleware stack (MQ, TX, WMB) is a plus
Experience as Technical analyst, Functional analyst, Business analyst or similar is a plus
Languages
Mother tongue/fluent Dutch or French, fluent knowledge of English (documentation)
