Description
A new contract job has become available with one of our most exciting automotive clients at the Redline Group. This job is a complex Embedded Software Engineering role involved with automotive electronic and control systems joining a highly dynamic team working on customer requirement specific projects primarily in new product design.
Due to the complex nature of the job there are extensive requirements for the successful contractor, these include:
-Strong development skills in C++ versions 11, 14 or 17
-New C++ Features such as Lambda and Smart Pointers
-Visual Studio (ideally 2017)
-In-depth experience with Windows Operating System
-Scrum / Agile environment background
In additional, due to the nature of the work involved in this job, the following skills or experience would be highly beneficial:
-Any background in Python, XML, Boost, STL, Embedded C
-Experience with Unit Test or Integration Test design
-Experience in the automotive domain would be useful but is not essential, specifically any background with MISRA C or AUTOSAR
