IT Support Analyst - Retail required to join a large global fashion conglomerate in Milan Italy.

Key duties required of the IT Support Analyst - Retail:
- Manage the execution of support tickets - ensure they are actioned on time
- Liaise with 3rd parties or other internal teams the may be accountable for the execution of requests
- Escalate issues up the line
- Learn and provide knowledge on the companies infrastructure and retail systems integration
- Work closely with project teams to maintain alignment of service team throughout projects
Key experience required of the IT Support Analyst - Retail:
- 3 years' experience supporting retail related technologies - system configuration, troubleshooting, user support, technical documentation
- Software development experience - Java, J2EE, Spring, Soap, Rest, XML, XPATH, JSON, SQL, batch Scripting, Windows, Linux, UML
- Knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, FTP's, SSH, Tomcat, Jetty, SQL Server,
- Agile development methodology experience is a bonus
- Hands on user of Service Management ticketing tools ie Service Now
- Knowledge of Salesforce & Oracle POS Retail Systems
