My client is looking for a Callidus Cloud Developer based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Responsible for developing plans of the project from a product fit perspective to ensure compliance with prescribed implementation standards.
Must Have Skills:
- Deep understanding of Callidus Performance Management and Commissions Management solutions. Experience in supporting multi-tier application architectures and working in an agile development environment.
- Key Responsibilities: Take leadership in advising clients of best practices for solution architecture requirements, development & solutions. Lead and provide technical expertise for the managed services team. Develop strong client relationships. Collaborate with Project Management and Implementation Teams in regards to project structure/goals. Develop database design and architecture documentation. Design and develop project solutions. Ability to understand current solution deployments for clients and lead them through optimization and integration projects to maximize the value they receive from the Callidus Cloud solutions. Create and present data architecture maps and advise clients on integration best practices.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent problem solving & analytical skills. Working experience with SDLC/Agile processes. Strong technical understanding of relational databases (eg Oracle, SQL Server) including knowledge of SQL, database design, and optimization
