Description
We are looking for one "web Front End developer" to start ASAP a short contract in ROME (UN agency client, EN-speaking environment). Our client is a world-famous international Organisation (UN-agency).
The initial contract is about 5 w/days contract only, but this will bring a great reference in any CV!
TASKS
You will be responsible for customizing and testing a personalized web Front End for the new 2FA - 2-factor authentication captive portal.
Please note, it is a private platform and the Developer will only need to work on the HTML and CSS (it is an appliance).
Specifically, the consultant will:
- Provide expertise on customizing HTML templates using a proprietary framework
- Implement multi device HTML templates (laptop, tablet, mobile devices, )
- Provide support while testing the customized pages
- Serve as a liaison to internal customers, and other business support areas
- Provide expertise on the security hardening of internal and public-facing web applications
- Update the IT Knowledge Base, ensuring application documentation is up-to-date and available
- Any other support duties as required
SKILLS
- The selected consultant must have minimum 4 years' experience will be with multidevice web Front End development.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline
- At least six years of professional work experience
- DevOps & Supporting Agile Teams
- Experience of managing support tickets, providing feeding, ensuring efficient turnaround of issues.
- Excellent development skills in HTML/CSS and other web technology platforms
- Multidevice responsive HTML Front End development
- Container architecture such as Kubernetes
- Design and debugging of TCP/IP(v4) networks
- Configuration Management
- Knowledge of GIT versioning systems
- Operating Systems: Mac OSX, Linux, Windows
- Experience with Junos PulseSecure would be a benefit (not mandatory)
