ServiceNow Administrator (Maintenance)
I am currently hiring a ServiceNow Administrator (Maintenance) for a long project, minimum 12 month contract in Helsinki, Finland.
The ServiceNow Administrator (Maintenance) will be:
- Responsible for Application Development and Maintenance
- Responsible for Incident Handling and Problem Management
- Responsible for Development and Delivery of Change Requests
- Responsible for configurations in Monitoring Tools such as Icinga2, Nagios, InfluxDB, Grafana, Slack and other open source tools.
- Participate in Program Increment, Daily stand-up meetings, Demo, and other meetings
