Description

For our client we are looking for an Integration Developer - Oracle OSB

Ework is direct supplier to our client - there is no middle layer. This means that we have a good contact with procurement and in many cases, know the stakeholder and his/her needs.

Purpose of the job

This job description require IT Access role IT Development, as an expert developer in the area of focus.

Integration development professional, with 10+ years of enterprise experience in Oracle OSB; SOA suite and Weblogic
Enterprise knowledge within Java, XML, JEE and similar development technologies on OSB & SOA platforms
DevOps CI expertise, including technology like Bamboo, Jenkins, or similar
Able to build OSB instances, build out cluster services and tune and optimize services to scale
Lead the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems followed by timely execution.
Possess key knowledge and take full operational responsibility for multiple systems within own area.
Play a leading technical role for colleagues as well as external partners securing a shared understanding and commitment to needed changes and strategic priorities.

- Drive the system life cycle management within own area as well as incident, problem and change management to ensure a robust, scalable and up-to date business environment
- Identify new possibilities and perform complex application programming activities to significantly improve business process within own area
- Manage the project delivery process according to requirements, quality, Nordea standards and timeliness to successfully deliver on target

- Keep track of the latest trends to learn from existing best practices in software development constantly ensuring professional development
- Should be familiar with DevOps practices and able to apply thought leadership within the team to anchor, promote and expand DevOps team capabilities.

Team

- Hand over documentation and relevant knowledge to maintenance and operations enabling stable operations
- Provide technical vision and leadership and define best practise within own area of expertise to enhance technical capabilities and solutions
- Team up with Nordea colleagues as well as external partners to facilitate agile application development processes to improve quality and time to market
- Understand the underlying processes with focus on technical issues to be provide relevant advice and support
- Should be a qualified SAFe practitioner with knowledge and experience in working in and leading agile teams

Cost, risk and capital management

- Drive and develop IT professional input to business cases clarifying how to reduce risk, simplify and modernise our application portfolio ensuring TCO (total cost ownership) focus
