Senior Frontend developer with JavaScript (NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, Redux, Webpack, etc)
Senior Frontend developer with JavaScript (NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, Redux, Webpack, etc) required for a project with a leading telecommunications company in Brussels, Belgium.
The company is working on Px TV applications, and are looking to up staff some of these projects with a senior Front End developer. These projects are usually done in partnership with local development team, and the developers they look for should be able to be a contributing member of the development team, as well as acting as a skilled developer in their collaborations with external vendors and business.
As a Front End developer you will actively develop on TV platform.
Skill Set:
- Profound JavaScript knowledge (NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, Redux, Webpack) with focus on performance (60FPS)
- Profound CSS3 knowledge
- Knowledge of caching mechanisms (HTTP Cache, Redis, Memcached)
- Knowledge of SOAP/XML, REST/JSON, SQL
- Knowledge of security mechanisms (OAUTH)
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
- Comfortable with GIT versioning
- Possess multi-tasking skills and can work under pressure
- Team Player
- Fluent in English
In addition, it would be an advantage if you also have the following skills:
- Unix Fundamentals
- Web Workers & Service workers
- web assembly
- Server configuration (NGINX, Apache)
- PHP
- Scrum/Agile
They are searching for motivated, external consultants that meet the above description to join us Full time in our fast-moving TV projects. Applicants should be able to work in an English-speaking environment. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus, but not required.
