Service Desk Analyst - Oracle and SQL - Peterborough
An urgent requirement has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst based in Peterborough on an initial 6 month contract. This position is a rare and excellent opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career.
We are looking for a customer focused individual with a strong technical competency and an inquisitive mind.
The successful individual will be a natural problem solver, looking into technical issues and providing long term business solutions.
Responsibilities
- 1st Line Helpdesk/Application support experience
- Root cause analysis & General data analysis
- Support/WIKI/How To.. pages creation and/or maintenance
- Ability to interrogate Oracle DB's, DB2
- Use and debug basic PLSQL/SQL
- MS Excel/Access
