UX/Graphic Web Designer - Freelance – Hourly based projectAn incredible opportunity to work for one of the most exciting Internet companies on the planet in their headquarters in Berlin. The company has a strong reputation and will offer successful candidates the opportunity to work on designing a website for their number 1 selling product in high demand.
The UX/Graphic Web Designer will have a proven track record of being able to identify problems and deliver a clear vision of solutions to those problems. Strong candidates will also have a good understanding of using Google Venture Design Sprints.
Role:
*Identifying problems and having a fast solution to solve them.
*Using both Sketch and InVision to build the website.
*Using the 5 phase Design Sprint process to analyse and assess new ideas.
*Identifying client needs and designing the website whilst physically creating the prototype.
*Collaboration with internal stakeholders to communicate new ideas.
*Creating story boards.
*Working closely with senior management
Skills:
*Extensive experience in UX/Graphic Web Design
*Fast with product prototyping
*Experience with web-based products
*Strong Stakeholder Management and communication
*Able to understand and quickly solve complex situations
*Someone who can challenge members of the team in a constructive and effective way.
