Programmer and Omics Data Specialist wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Professionalism in Unix bash and R programming
- Know-how of -omics, including RNA-seq, WGS, Exome-seq and Target-seq as well as associated file types
- Strength to focus on ambitious timelines
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Ensuring scripting and curation tasks to prepare the data for ingest
- Collaborating in an international team
- Developing study-level programming standards and ensuring compliance with project-level and company standards
- Programming analysis datasets according to specifications
