We are hiring for DevOps consultant @ Munich, GermanyDevOps Consultant (M/W/X)
Duration we need is for min 6 months and get extended easily
Location : Munich, Germany
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
• Interacts with senior management levels at a client, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
• Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
• Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.
• Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client
• Driving client DevOps capability assessments and providing industry subject matter expertise Defining DevOps capability transformation strategy and roadmaps.
• Facilitate DevOps discussions throughout lifecycle of client engagements.
• DevOps practice development including asset creation, enterprise strategy definition
• Designing and directing all aspects of Continuous Delivery implementation on customer IT systems build or application support projects.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years’ design and implementation of Continuous Delivery and/or DevOps solutions or architecture patterns in agile projects
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with code repository management, code merge and quality checks, continuous integration, and automated deployment & management using tools like Jenkins, Git, Puppet, Chef, Maven, Ant, Ivy, UrbanCode, Docker, or comparable tool.
Minimum of 4 years of experience with approaches and tooling for automated build, delivery and release of software
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with managing teams including progress monitoring and reporting
