Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Scrum Master/ Agile Coach (m/f/x).You will be a coach for different squads and will help them to improve the process within the teams.
You will work closely with the director of platforms and the head of product.
Your responsibility:
- Working with two agile-experienced squads
- Supporting them on major scrum events. Main focus on Retrospective.
- Acting as a coach and optimizing the processes within the teams
- Ideal application and continuous improvement of agile methods within different areas
- Close cooperation with the Director Platforms and Head of Product
- Supporting your team with their self-organization in order to eliminate impediments
- Active development and maintenance of our culture of trust
- We need you at our berlin office for two days a week
Your qualification:
- University degree or apprenticeship with IT background
- Several years of experience as Scrum Master (m/f/x) or Agile Coach (m/f/x)
- Enthusiasm for the development in a native advertising / programmatic company
- Self-initiative, courage and pragmatism in order to identify and overcome impediments
- Hands-on mentality
- Being a strong and experienced communicator with the ability to be empathic
- Enjoying your work while bringing in a sense of humour and optimism
- Good English skills
- Experience in an international company or team away from your home country is a plus
