The missions of DevOps are multiple. They can be summarized as follows:• Deploying applications.
• Realization of UAT and no-regression tests.
• Establishment of a monitoring of the quality of the production.
• Analysis and correction of incidents and anomalies.
The peculiarity of this business lies in the fact that at each step there is a quality control requirement, to ensure that the solutions implemented continue to work after installation.
Missions
As part of Mphasis Wyde's SaaS activities, the employee's mission are:
• Deploy and update client applications: Ensure deliveries in different environments.
• Perform the test phase and ensure that all services are working as intended.
• In a pro-active approach, monitor and guarantee the proper functioning of applications:
• Ensuring the consideration, communication and end-to-end resolution of incidents reported by clients. The employee is also in charge of the follow-up of tickets.
• Supervise applications and their components to ensure the quality of production.
• Work in accordance with deadlines and contractual quality with customers.
• Research latest technologies to ensure the sustainability of solutions and propose improvements.
• To document rigorously the processes of exploitation and industrialize them.
• Maintain the state of infrastructure accurately and accurately.
• Tool and automate operating procedures.
• Be available for periodic on call periods to ensure the availability of applications contracted with customers.
Technical skills :
• Solid bases in algorithmic
• Mastery of basic C / Ada language (s)
• Mastery of object-oriented programming
• Operating system: Windows 10 and server.
• Administration and system tools: windows server, batch, VM, JobScheduler, ...
• Relational database (PostgreSQL).
Know how :
• Methodologies Devops.
• ITIL Fundation Certification or Knowledge.
