Big data engineer with focus on automated monitoring wanted for our Zurich-based customer in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Strong programming background in PySpark and Python
- Knowledge of Test Automation
- Teamwork in an agile setting and big data technologies
- Expertise working with data modelling and database design, ETL and RestAPIs
- Strong communication skills, as well as keen attention to detail and passion to deliver the best resulst
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Creating concepts for automated monitoring in close collaboration with multiple teams
- Implementing monitoring of complex back-end transformation pipelines and front-end
- Generating derived data sets, testing units, integration and regression
- Documenting design, functionalities and tests
- Delivering cost effective, appropriate capabilities for the business
