IT Service Owner vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Proven experience within financial industry and solid knowledge of underlying banking processes and data regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in using XML, JSON and HTML, web services such as REST API, software development as well as application and vendor management
- Proven expert knowledge within the technical integration of content distribution for various target client groups, as well as knowledge of enterprise content management solutions for multiple e-channels
- University degree in Computer Science or similar
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing incidents and defects, as well as tracking and coordinating with internal and external providers
- Monitoring services, controlling availability, as well as handling incidents and problem tickets
- Analysing Change Requests, release planning and supporting test preparation, execution and its release
- Managing stakeholders and service coordination with concerned partners from different IT units
- Overtaking full responsibility for the IT service for automated content distribution according to specific interfaces and underlying rule engines
