Strong Empower Knowledge
Business process knowledge for Lab Inofrmatics area
ITIL process knowledge
Knowledge of GxP processes
Good-to-Have
Ability to understand customer needs for Empower Application
Good communication skills
Experience in handling Incident Management tool, preferably Service Now
