Technical Coach – 100% Remote - End customer project with perspective!consilica is a consulting company specialized in AI and Cloud Technology. We are not a project intermediary, but work directly with the end customer, a top energy provider. Our customer has engaged us to transform its > 300 FTE IT unit from a classic organization to DevOps. For this exciting, challenging project we are looking for your support:
Your tasks:
on the job introduction and implementation of agile methods (Scrum) in the newly formed teams
Support in the creation of training plans
Participation in the preparation of stakeholder reports
train-the trainer for in-house Tech Coaches
Requirements:
You know and live state-of-the-art SW development methods and processes
You are an enabler and enjoy passing on your knowledge to others
Must have:
Several years of experience with cloud infrastructure with at least one of AWS, Azure, GCP
Several years of experience with CI/CD tools
Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm and Containers
Deep understanding of logging, monitoring and alerting solutions
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code
willingness and ability to share knowledge as part of a team
Desirable:
experience with:
working as platform engineer or site-reliability engineer
GitOps
Serverless
