International project management for implementation of a new ticketing tool within Project – this includes the following professional and technical tasks:
• Set up detailed function and business requirements incl. technical, security, compliance and reporting and analytic requirements
• Set up of project necessary blueprints for the target solutions for the ticketing system
• Independent and professional creation of documents for tollgate documentation incl. project relevant alignment with other projects
• Organise, prioritize and secure project related activities for the project team
• Motivate and support project members to deliver as expected
• Create and manage project tools to have transparency on targets, activities and performance in project
• Identify solutions to potential challenges in project
• Organise and lead project meetings
