Job role: Human Centric/UX designer
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, conduct and lead user research and usability testing for strategic, complex projects.
· Translate user research into powerful insights that impact design and business decisions.
· Document and consolidate research results into concise, actionable insights and stories for design and product teams.
· Communicate research results and design implications to business stakeholders.
· Coordinate participant recruiting or user research activities with external agencies.
· Translate research learnings into journeys, blueprints, mock-ups, rough prototypes and visualizations.
· Lead diverse teams on design, research and internal projects.
