Description
Our client is currently hiring a for a temporary Data Analyst to support in the following areas: data analysis, trend detection, data manipulation and transformation, file cleaning, visualization of data and sample checking.
The role requires expert analysis capability. You will be a highly skilled user of MS Excel and be able to add value to our team from the outset.
Advanced user of MS Excel, including:
built-in functions (including, but not limited to index, match, vlookup, sumifs, averageifs, aggregate)
developing custom functions of any complexity
structured references, pivot tables
developing macros (VBA)
Experience with data visualisation skills using Tableau (or an equivalent data-visualisation package)
Some knowledge of commonly performed statistical tests
Preferred:
Experience working with R, Tableau, Python, SQL or an equivalent programming/data science language
