QAT Analyst (SC Cleared)
£450 per day

3-6 month contract
Please note, SC security clearance is required for this role.
Role responsibilities:
- develop test scripts, execute, report and identify and manage defects in a multidiscipline team
- come up with functional and non-functional testing procedures and requirements
- take a business and an operational view to finding solutions to complex problems
- Functional testing, non-functional testing and test analysis
Essential criteria:
- Experience as a hands-on QAT lead with the government or public sector environment
- Experience in delivering QAT approach
- Experience with data analysis, data manipulation, and data quality validation and verification
- Experience of working with Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with modern non-functional and functional automated test tools such as DataGaps, iceDQ, QuerySurge, Terratest, SonarQube etc
- Experienced in development of SQL and Python (minimum) scripts for the purposes of testing
- Knowledge of configuration management and Infrastructure as Code tooling and principles
- Experience of testing in CI/CD (Gitlab), build pipelines, automated deployments, etc.
- Experience with automated testing, test-driven development and/or behaviour-driven development leveraging the Agile Testing Framework in the context of Data Product development.
