Service Designer
Initial contract until the end of the year
London (onsite 1 day per week)

The role:
- You'll be the design partner to solve for specific business and customer problems.
- You will also run workshops and primary qualitative research.
- Structure, organise and lead qualitative research sessions, run group synthesis sessions
- Analyse user needs and business objectives in highly complex service areas
- Lead on design concepts and service blueprints that help reimagine how services can be delivered end-to-end
- Use design fiction to generate meaningful feedback from customers and stakeholders
