Role: Service Desk AgentDuration: 12 months
Start date: 27 th August
we expect you to have:
*4+ Years of Experience in managing IT Servicedesk operations.
* Well versed with the ITIL process.
* L1/L2 troubleshooting experience across Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows 7, Win10, Office 365 /Outlook environments, IAM and browser function.
* Experience is providing application L1/L2 support using standard operating procedure instruction.
* Experience in providing the mail / call / ticket support.
