The client is a prominent payment provider and licensed bankThe Project:
The client acquired a new advertising solution for their merchants. The new solution uses AI to create personalized and dynamic ads, and they need to have it revamped in order to better fit with their current model.
What will you be doing?
Join as a senior Frontend engineer and help the team with research, decision-making and further development of their advertising platform
Design, implement and document RESTful APIs used by the application and services
Working with and improving the existing core engine
Make sure it's scalable
Make sure it's nicely separated into microservices that communicate together.
Help and mentor less-experienced engineers to develop further
Requirements:
You have experience with creating the entire dashboard and/or admin view
Providing the FE for the backend functionality
Work with designers to accommodate from a UI UX side
Testing - understanding that all the pre-requirements for the visual interface works
You have experience working in a Multi-tenant Environment
You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and enjoy sharing knowledge
You have experience working with junior developers, mentoring them and helping them grow
You are comfortable challenging already existing solutions and providing constructive feedback
You have good communication skills - written and verbal English
Must-have Skills:
• React
• TypeScript
Nice to have:
• Product mindset
• AdTech, fintech and/or ecommerce experience
Team setup:
• You will be working with a team of already existing backend and front end engineers (Juniors and Mid - full scrum team, POs included)
• You will report to the team's engineering manager
• The team applies Scrum and Kanban methodologies
Onboarding will be onsite in Berlin and after that they are flexible to have a hybrid work model (onsite + remote)
