Job title: Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Desired experience: +/- 5 years in a Oracle Consultant role in a large company
Start date: as soon as possible
Initial Duration: 6 months
Option to extend: yes
Hours per week: 40 (full-time)
Remote/Onsite: possibility to work remote but must be able to travel to office when needed (based in Limburg, the Netherlands)
Key competences:
- You are a hands-on, pro-active professional who can keep oversight of complex processes
- You have experience with Oracle databases, data warehouses, Datamodelling, ETL and BI
- You are capable to learn and oversee an entire data warehouse
- You have experience with PL/SQL, eg you are able to develop new ETL procedures in PL/SQL and fine-tune existing PL/SQL code for efficiency and maintenance reasons
- You are capable to develop data marts (this will enable the building of interactive/BI reporting instead of current static reports) and efficient and maintainable SQL queries
- You are flexible and pragmatic, problem solving mindset
- You have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision required
- You are a team player
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Preferred:
- SAP data structure/tables and/or functional knowledge
- MSc. In computer engineering or equivalent
- Experience with continuous delivery/scrum
