Job Description
Spectrum IT are seeking a highly experienced Front End developer to join a new and exciting opportunity with our client to re-design the user interface for a web-enabled autopilot control system. The successful developer will be able understand the requirements of the current system and work with operators and current staff to storyboard a user interface from scratch for the new system. Ideally you will impart knowledge of UI design principles and best practice to the team in order for them to progress.
Responsibilities
- Develop a story board design which takes the operator from setup, through a successful flight to touch down and understands the key requirements
- Implement a framework for writing, debugging and developing a professional Front End solution
- Resolve any cache invalidation problems
- Make bundling and minification easy
- Provide a quality package management framework
- Impart knowledge to team of UI design best practice and Front End web development best practice
Skills
- Solid software development experience - Significant experience with JavaScript, CSS and HTML
- Track record or architecting and undertaking full UI solutions
- Significant experience in developing complete Web based User Interface solutions
- Experience working with a ASP.NET Core Back End system
Nice to haves
- UAV industry knowledge
