Job Purpose and primary objectives:
Solution Architect
Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):
Architectural design and decision making, collaborative working multiple project engagements
Key Skills/Knowledge:
. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain mobile (and web) based applications
. Understand and challenge solution and quotation proposed by vendors and partners
. Define framework, portfolio of SDKs and methodologies; drive their implementation and evolution
. Define architecture principles and make sure they are applied and adopted across all developments
. Provide technical leadership and support to teammates through coaching and mentorship
. Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
. Mobile application development experience, clear understanding of various architecture layers, data and cyber security awareness
. Participate in Unit testing cycles (with development resources) and Quality reviews
. Promote high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
. Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
. Adapt methodology to the variety of projects: Agile, waterfall, innovation, in-house or outsourced
. Worked in regulated environment like banking etc.
. Understand cloud and related technologies
. Integration and API
. SaaS, COTS applications knowledge
. Firewalls and cyber-security requirements
. Solution documentation & governance process
. Good engagement and communication skills
. Intellectually curious and able to learn new things fast
. Mobile application development experience, clear understanding of various architecture layers, data and cyber security awareness
Experience required:
10+ years of experience in Mobile architecture
