Role: JavaScript Developer
Work Type: Contract INSIDE IR35
Location: Chiswick, West London (REMOTE)
My broadcasting client are excited to be recruiting for a highly skilled JavaScript Developer with experience of developing app for TV and connected devices. You will be working on building the core framework for of our brand new state of the art VoD & Linear Video Streaming platform setting new standards for media distribution globally.

Essential Skills:
. Excellent JavaScript skills
. Experience developing TV and connected devices apps with JavaScript
. Strong software engineering skills (software design, algorithms, data structures, design patterns)
. Strong experience with REST APIs
. Experience with Linux command line
. Experience with Testing and Continuous Integration
Optional but highly valued:
. Experience with the TAL library
. Experience with Streams or/and Typescript
. Experience with Functional and/or Reactive programming
. Background in streaming applications and DRM integrations
. Experience with test automation
. Worked previously in a scrum team
