Description

Senior Implementation Analyst is required to join Wunderman Thompson Commerce's Data Intelligence team continues to grow at pace and following a hugely successful year we are now looking for a Senior Implementation Analyst to help us deliver Web Analytics implementations for some of Europe's leading brands. You will be responsible for the setup, configuration and ongoing maintenance of analytics tracking using Tag Management Systems (TMS) such as Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Tealium.

You'll be working closely with our project teams to support the configuration of analytics tagging on various eCommerce platforms. This will involve understanding client reporting requirements and developing clear and accurate Solution Design Reference (SDR) documents that outline how you will capture the data needed. You will then utilise Tag Management Systems (Google Tag Manager - GTM or Tealium) to configure and QA analytics and marketing tags, and work closely with our development teams to build datalayers capable of servicing multiple data services.

We are currently working with multiple clients on a wide array of projects ranging from CX Redesign, Core platform check out & update CMS, Tag testing, One Trust implementations and Tag Migration projects.

The techy bit .we need you to be really great at:

  • Experience working as an Implementation Analyst or similar, ideally in an eCommerce environment
  • A proven track record of delivering analytics implementation projects for B2C and/or B2B organisations
  • Advanced practical knowledge of Tag Management Systems (TMS), ideally including Tealium and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Practical knowledge of Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Firebase and IBM Digital Analytics (formerly Coremetrics)
  • Advanced practical knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
  • Advanced practical knowledge of testing and debugging analytics implementations
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Effective time management
  • Highly proficiently in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience implementing and working with A/B testing tools is a plus
  • Experience working with tools such as Google BigQuery is a plus
  • Experience working with visualisation tools such as Tableau is a plus
