- Market Rates - c£450 to £500 per day (Outside-IR35)
Skills and Experience:
We are looking to recruit two ESRI Product Specialists to join our client's Project Team for an initial 6 month project for a 2-3 year programme of work for a high-profile, public-facing set of applications and websites.
We are looking to attract professional consultants to work on a mainly remote basis (95%) with the following GIS development experience:
- Deep expertise in ESRI ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise software
- Experience in developing complex interactive web applications using ArcGIS Enterprise Portal (eg APIs, Web App Builder) in an agile environment
- Experience in using ModelBuilder for complex analysis, and delivering complex modelling via Enterprise Portal
- Experience in customising ArcGIS Pro and in deploying and managing ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro on Azure
- Experience working with Azure cloud services (eg Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Azure Monitor, and Azure Sentinel) and best practise
- Experience of working with open-source geospatial technology stacks, eg PostGIS and GeoServer
- Geospatial Front End web development (HTML, CSS and JavaScript), working with the ESRI JavaScript API
- Experience of working in a development team, use of source code repositories and version control
* Security Clearance: this role requires candidates with current/recent BPSS clearance and/or the ability to pass basic security checks.*
The Opportunity:
You will be joining a project team focused on developing and deploying geospatial solutions from development to production environments for a number of applications and systems for a very high-profile client that are globally known and seen every day in our day-to-day lives.
The role will see you creating, developing and modifying geoprocessing models in ModelBuilder to provide the analysis required to enhance their current portfolio of products.
Ideally you will come from a consulting environment or with a commercial data science background, building and operating models in real business contexts and real-life environments.
