Description
Service Designer is required by this niche consulting business to work on the Beta phase of a large digital transformational project for a Government agency. You'll join a small, highly-collaborative, driven and passionate team who can demonstrate an exceptional background in successful Government/GDS delivery and you will ideally come from this background where you can comfortably work with GDS guidelines.
Work will include -
- Accountable for service design and user-centred design across complex, high-impact products and services
- Lead and motivate multiple multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders in the application of service design and user-centred design tools and techniques
Ideally you can demonstrate -
- Deep understanding of service design methods and practice, with proven experience using data and user feedback to improve services
- Significant track record of successfully designing digital products and services at scale
- Experience in Matrix-managing multiple multidisciplinary design teams in the delivery of digital product and services
- Deep understanding of the Government Digital Service (GDS) Service Standards and design principles
