Marketing Automation Specialist - 12 Month Contract - Peterborough
Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Automation Specialist, based in Peterborough on a long term 12-month contract. In this role you'll work as part of a small, dynamic team responsible for digital platforms leveraged cross the work group, developing, and implementing highly personalised and customer centric CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all campaign deliverables, working in an agile framework to deliver to plans and budget.
- You'll be expected to provide consultation with marketing groups to define the best approach to automation across email, SMS, MMS and mobile.
- Working with and in our Enterprise processes for delivery in marketing cloud campaigns, ensuring our ecosystem is aligned as closely as possible.
- Manage both technical and strategic projects across the business group, end-to-end including appropriate testing and approvals.
- Design customer centric campaigns that allow the business to meet its objectives, leveraging the entire marketing ecosystem.
Skills and experience:
- Strong CRM and data driven marketing experience
- Experience building and deploying emails, using HTML and CSS to manage templates and components appropriately
- Proven experience using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot or ExactTarget. Ideally, you'll have Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- A strong understanding and knowledge of digital marketing industry standards and best practices, including data privacy and compliance
- Excellent communicator with experience interfacing between business and technical teams up and down the managerial structure
Desirable skills:
- Hold a current Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification of Email Specialist at a minimum.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
- Experience in AMPScript and SQL.
- Excellent presentational skills and story-telling ability - you'll be able to adapt your style to your audience
- Technical literacy with familiarity in data processes and governance.
