Oracle EBS Solutions Architect
Contract - Outside IR35 - £550 per day - Remote UK - Any level of Security Clearance preferred
Oracle EBS Solutions Architect needed to manage, plan, and design an architectural solution to support both front and Back Office usage of the Oracle Applications E-business Suite databases
Primary goal is to ensure solution meets business requirements, strategic goals to avoid budget overruns and identifying the relevant functionality, tools, and timing against project
Responsibilities:
- Alignment of business structure, processes and operations to meet strategic objectives.
- Managing all functional components of Oracle EBS R12.x, to integrating software and hardware.
- Awareness of technology stack and how it can/is used to required support business functionality.
- Collection and management of functional requirements.
- Collection and management of non-functional requirements.
- Identification of mandatory compliance constraints.
- Analysis and definition of technical solution components (website, desktop apps, mobile apps)
- Liaising with test lead to verify all solution components.
- Responsible for the analysis, design, creation and delivery of the following strategies documents.
- Solution Architecture (liaising with Apps DBA
- Integration Architecture (liaising with Apps DBA and Technical Developers
- Reporting and Information Architecture (liaising with Apps DBA
- Operational Testing Plan
- Performance Testing Plan
- Platform and Network Architecture
- System Capacity Planning
- Liaising with specialist teams to formulate proposals, monitor database performance and ensure that appropriate quality and standards are maintained.
