• Detailed Job Description:
o This role will interact with CFO/CIO and CEO directly
o Should hold experience in Large Global Delivery/Transformation programs
o Should understand outsourcing business end to end and the services industry
o B2B knowledge and Cement industry knowledge is beneficial
o EU Geo experience preferred
o Should have strong Process (ITIL) and Infra Background
o Should have some experience in delivering solution/pitches (Presales preferred) in his roles
o 15+ yrs of experience is ideal
o If Client Partner role has been in experience then that would help
o Geo Delivery lead role played will be good to have
o Above are apart from typical SDM/Delivery head role JD
