Oracle DBA/Remote/Newcastle OR Blackpool
We are looking to for candidates who hold active SC clearance with strong Oracle Database experience.
About the role
We are looking for strong Oracle DBAs. You will have to have experience in Oracle 12c and 19c, as well as be comfortable with the hybrid working arrangement of commuting to Newcastle office 1/2 days a week.
Skills and experience
Essential Skills-
The ideal candidates will hold active SC Clearance and demonstrable passion for Oracle Databases, with the following skills or strong experience in:
- Expertise in Oracle database management, performance tuning and optimisation.
- Experience of Oracle database 12c and 19c.
- Knowledge in Linux and Shell Scripting skills.
- Knowledge of agile deliveries, tools and techniques including Jira and Kanban.
- Knowledge of DevOps, including Ansible, Terraform and Git
- Experience of designing and implementing Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure using IaaS or PaaS
