Job Description:
Have technical understanding and sound knowledge of different components of Conversational Bot preferably Microsoft platform
Works with LOB/Operations teams and chatbot platform to understand the business requirements
Question / Chat transcript collection from Business SME
Design the User Scenarios (chat conversation flow), experience with any conversational design tools viz. Botmock, Botsociety etc. would be added advantage.
Responsible for creating and curating corpus of content for user scenarios as per requirement.
Proficient in English and German is added advantage.
