Description
Remote - Contract up to 18 months
Provide support to both users/internal customers and IT development and support functions
Engage users for problem solving and non-standard processing
Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel
May be asked to participate in Kaizen events and problem solving exercises
Must be capable of providing plans and timelines for their work and demonstrate the ability to meet them
Possesses high functioning troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Technical Skills
MAPICS Release 7
In house RPG, RPGLE, & CLP application support
AS400 CL command processing
AS400 IFS (Integrated Files Systems) processing (used for external SFTP & internal FTP interface processing)
Some SFTP & FTP knowledge
TL Ashford label software
SharePoint application( PO Requisition) processing support
