At GlobalLogic we require an SME for Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) to join a high-profile Program for the Digital Customer Identity & Protection portfolio; responsible for enablementof application teams to drive our digital customer identity journey. This underpins digital products and services for customers, a driving force as the client transitions into an Integrated organisation in the Energy Field.
In 2022, the client is embarking on a journey to build a new Customer Identity Platform, migrating about 50 applications from the current platform, automating onboarding of new applications and delivering self-service plug& play capability for the application developer community. We aim to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers, consumers and our developer community." We also prioritise privacy engineering, digital trust, and security engineering, for the global Customer Identity Platform.
We require an Identity SME to join the programme delivering the new platform by providing guidance to technical squads and translating customer requirements into technical design and deliverables.
Required Experience and Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of OAUTH, 01DC and SAML standards
- Understanding of cyber security implications of decisions and how standards are applied
- Links between authentication and authorisation
- Customer Identity &Access Management (CIAM) platform implementation/operation
- Ability to translate technical requirements into deliverables
- CIAM industry best practices
Desirable Experience and Knowledge
- Knowledge or experience of Forge Rock Identity Cloud
- Forge Rock qualifications
- CISSP qualification or equivalent security qualification
- Design and implementation of greenfield CIAM platform
- Knowledge of password-less, social, and biometric log in flows
- Knowledge of practical usage of WebAuthn
- Knowledge of low friction registration flow design
