Job title: Infrastructure Automation Engineer
Job type: Remote
Pay: Market rate: £400-£550 per day inside IR35 (Candidates must be willing to work through Umbrella company)

Contract length: 6 months
As a Infrastructure Automation Engineer, you will be working for a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation. You will be designing, developing, releasing and supporting infrastructure solutions with Linux and Windows based server environments, databases, services and APIs. You will work across multiple environments with scripts, programming languages, DevOps tools and restful APIs.
Essential skills:
- Proficiency in Linux server admin skills (eg RHEL) | 3+ years experience
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs and Scripting for data management, feeds and exception handling tasks | 3+ years experience
- Experience of DevOps tools, orchestration and infrastructure automation (Ansible/Jenkins/Puppet) | 2+ years experience
- Strong infrastructure background with experience in virtualisation platforms (VMware/Citrix/Hyper-V)
- Experience of source code management (Github/Bit Bucket)
