1.Immersion of existing QA practices and test coverage adopted across the end-to-end rewards experience.2.Investigate and diagnose customer-affecting, often complex Production issues, working with stakeholder and engineers across multiple teams to get to the root-cause and solution.
3.Determine gaps and improvements that can be made, particularly to upstream parts of the production journey.
4.Make recommendations on how to evolve and improve the existing testing practices and coverage
5.Bring a focus to the continual testing and performance analysis of the production experience, using monitoring and telemetry to diagnose issues early.
