Python Developer
Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires a Python Developer to be based in their client's office in London, UK.
This is a hybrid role - You can work remotely with a 1-2 days based in the office per week.
This is a 6-Months temporary contract to start ASAP
Day rate: Competitive Market rate
Key Responsibilities/Requirements
Mandatory Skills
- Fluent in Python and object-oriented programming ( classes, methods, modules,.etc)
- Ability to design and write modular and extendible code
- Source code version control (through Github: git, pull requests, wiki, issues tracker, commits, boards)
- Writing automated testing (defines and executes test cases: unit, system and integrated)
- Experience with package development and distribution ( eg building and maintaining deployment pipeline )
Generic skills:
- Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams
- A learner mindset and ability to adapt to change quickly
- Prior experience with working in an Agile team under Scrum framework is an advantage
Adiitional Skills
- Prior experience with Data Science and Machine Learning is an advantage
- Prior experience with RestAPI
