Technical Author, 6 months initially, outside IR-35, Remote, £ PD*
Harvey Nash are currently looking for a technically savvy writer to work with a start-up software development business.
As Technical Author you will produce technical information such as instructions, processes, and procedures from scratch to help stakeholders get to grips with the products and how they are used by researchers and the wider audiences.
The role provides technical authorship for new documentation to cover:
* APIs
* Product overviews
* Process documentation including security compliance
Knowledge, experience, and skills:
* Knowledge of Slack, Github, Google Drive, Gmail
* Experience with SharePoint
* Experience in varied technologies across Front End applications, APIs, machine learning, automation
* (all-inclusive) which may be subject to change depending on applicable legislation or solution through which services are performed
