React Developer
Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services requires a React Developer to be based in their client's office in London, UK.
This is a hybrid role- You can work remotely with 1-2 days based in the office per week.
This is a 6-month temporary contract with high possibility of longer-term duration to start ASAP.
Day rate - Competitive Market Rate.
Key Responsibilities
Software Engineering is responsible for the delivery of software, which may include
- New development, configuration and installation of third-party packages, and software integration efforts. It may include tasks from every part of the software development life cycle, including software and website design, development, programming, and software deployment (both the installation and decommissioning of software).
Key Requirements
Essential:
- An experienced React Developer with a track record of taking complex products from an early prototype discovery phase to a scale-ready production product
- Enjoy learning about the customer's pains and gain, and building products which solve real-world problems
- Able to work autonomously in a small cross-functional team and communicate well with team members
- Effectively contribute to the engineering and technical decisions across multiple teams
- Self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
- Experienced working in Agile Development Environment
- AgGrid/Highcharts
Desirable:
- Experience working in Commodities Training domain (Energy Trading)
- API integration
- React Hooks
- Building Front End from designs (rather than maintaining or building on existing)
