Description
To secure a smooth setup and implementation of Salesforce we are looking for a Salesforce Architect.What are you going to do?
- Ensure proper Salesforce solution design and architecture, including strong functional guidance to minimize customization, technical and integration design.
- Partner with the company enterprise, Salesforce and other solution architects ensure Salesforce designs are fully in line with the enterprise and Salesforce architecture.
- Co-responsibility for a successful implementation of the new Generation Architecture for sales and service business areas.
- Oversee and improve Salesforce design, development and coding guidelines and practices at the company. Coach the development team in these areas.
- Implement more complex requirements independently.
- Assist in stakeholder management ( = entities/ value streams) to understand business requirements and translate them into proposals.
- Create and maintain technical and design documentation as required.
Some examples of activities you will be responsible for are:
- Design and oversee integration of Salesforce with Avaya omnichannel solution.
- Participate in integration design of Salesforce with the companies new generation architecture including making estimates.
- Support and manage migration projects of local and non-Salesforce orgs to the global org.
- Setup a framework to allow more flexible onboarding of internal and external resources (coding standards, quality assurance, etc.).
What do you need to do the job?
- Profound knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, limitations at architecture, integration and code level.
- Strong expertise and experience with the Lightning Framework: Lightning Component Framework, Lightning App Builder, Lightning Advanced Components and moving solutions from Classic to Lightning.
- Experience with SOAP and REST web services.
- Strong experience with Salesforce integration: Partner, Custom and Bulk APIs, Salesforce Connect. Understanding Salesforce Platform Events and Canvas is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Apex design patterns and enterprise architecture frameworks as well as with Object-oriented programming paradigm.
- Project experience with exposure to the following Salesforce modules/areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, marketing Cloud, Customer/partner Communities, App Cloud, Lightning migration, Omnichannel solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce development, testing and deployment tools (like Eclipse, Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Ant migration toolkit, GIT…)
- Ability to manage a small technical team.
- Strong communication skills to work with different stakeholders.
