You will be working within a product team helping to develop mobile apps and improving user experience.
You will be accountable for the end to end delivery of research that considers the time & budget vs outcomes perspective. You will bring to the team your recommendations and insights that focus on user behaviours and experiences based on evidence gathered using a range of research methods.
Essential skills and experience
- Experience of doing research for internal applications for large private organisations or Government departments
- Experience of user centered analysis and design
- Experience of using a range of research methods to generate insights
- Experience of using qualitative and quantitative methods based on requirements
- Experience of working in agile software development teams, helping to prioritise features utilising research and problem definition
Nice-to-have skills and experience
- Experience of doing research for mobile related user needs/problems
- Strong communication skills
- Able to present recommendations and findings to senior leadership
